For those of you mamas out there who are also dealing with a clingy toddler this one is for you!
I thought Nakoda was going to join in but she had other ideas...at least she was the perfect size weight of 11kg and I love how she looks like she is critiquing my pushup form, such a little PT in the making!
WORKOUT BREAKDOWN BELOW:
Lunges x 10-12 each leg
Squats x 10-12 reps
Push ups x 10-12
Plank Hold - 1 min (or as long as possible)
REPEAT CIRCUIT x 3- 4 TIMES
NOTE: if you are postpartum please ensure you have doctor’s clearance prior to beginning or resuming exercise!
