COFFEE TABLE WORKOUT WITH SAM WOOD

Check out this fun total body workout that you can do in the comfort of your living room , even while watching your favourite show! If you don’t have a sturdy coffee table alternatively you could use an exercise bench/platform.

EXERCISE BREAKDOWN BELOW 

~PERFORM 2 - 3 ROUNDS ~

•BULGARIAN LUNGES x 10 full range and 10 x pulses (lower range) ~don’t forget to swap legs

• EXPLOSIVE TWIST JUMPS x 20 reps

•SINGLE LEG GLUTE RAISES x 10 pulses (upper range) and 10 x Full range ~don’t forget to swap legs

•PUSH UPS X 10 , followed by 10 x alternating shoulder taps

•TRICEP DIPS x 10 -20

•V-SIT UPS x 10-20
