LOW INTENSITY RESISTANCE CIRCUIT

You will need:

  • 2 x Dumbbells (I would recommend opting for lighter weights in order to perform up to 4 rounds with great technique)
  • 1 x resistance band
  • 1 x Fit Ball/stability ball
  • Exercise Mat Optional 

EXERCISE BREAKDOWN BELOW:

Complete 10-15 reps of each of the below X 3-4 Rounds

•Dumbbell Chest Press

•Glute bridges (weights optional)

•Dumbbell Shoulder Press

•Bent over rows using resistance band (or dumbbells)

•Hamstring curls with stability ball

IMPORTANT: If you are pregnant or post natal please ensure you get clearance beforehand from your doctor/obstetrician for this type of training, don’t forget to listen to your body and allow rest time in between exercises if needed, happy training!!!
