BAREFOOT & PREGNANT LOUNGEROOM WORKOUT

EXERCISE BREAKDOWN BELOW: 

  1. Squats x 10 
  2. Lateral Step Ups x 10
  3. Split Squat x 10
  4. Step Ups (regular) x 10
  5. Push ups x 10
  6. Tricep Dips x 10
  7. Glute Bridge x 10
  8. Glute Bridge Holds 30 seconds 

COMPLETE X 4 ROUNDS (making sure you swap legs each round for the single-legged exercises)

IMPORTANT: If you are pregnant or post natal please ensure you get clearance beforehand from your doctor/obstetrician for this type of training, don’t forget to listen to your body and allow rest time in between exercises if needed, happy training!!!
