Fitness Clip: Booty Burner Home Workout

THE WORKOUT EXPLAINED....

In this workout you will SUPER SET between 2 different exercises , which basically means to alternate between the 2 exercises, then repeat 3 TIMES through before moving onto the next 2 exercises where you will follow the same format!

REST TIME:

This will depend on your fitness level, however I generally try to take as little rest as possible in between the 2 exercises when super-setting and around 20-30 seconds break in between each round if required.

PREGNANCY :

I am 20 weeks pregnant in this clip and have been cleared by my obstetrician for this type of training, if you are currently pregnant please ensure you also get clearance beforehand from your doctor/ obstetrician, please remember to listen to your body and take more rest time in between exercises if needed!
