Here is my take on a classic family favourite! its a little-less indulgent than most versions, I have replaced the meat with tuna and the pasta sheets with roast vegetables... it may be healthier but its definitely not lacking in flavour and is still a perfectly satisfying, hearty meal! Enjoy....
